There's so much that even after hours of exploring, you haven't seen it all. Moreover, you're constantly drawn to the overwhelming view from the cliff, sometimes forgetting to move. Upon entering through the large metal gate, the mansion immediately captivates you, situated right in the middle of the plot. Through beautifully landscaped paths adorned with greenery, you're led closer to the main structure. Large French doors invite you into the cool spaces. The mansion is built in the traditional style known as 'kas di hadrei' (gallery house), with walls 50cm thick and plenty of windows with shutters to maintain a pleasant interior. It's divided into a gallery upon entry, a living area in the middle, and a second gallery at the rear. The spaces are equipped with classic elements, calm colors, and large anthracite floor tiles. On the left side, there's a spacious modern kitchen with access to the outside. On the right side is the master bedroom with a generous bathroom. Via a staircase you enter the upper floor where there are two cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Every window in the mansion can be fully or partially opened using the shutters, offering yet another stunning view of the garden and/or the scenery. At the back of the house, a large porch with seating areas has been created. From here, you can easily step back into the garden where the owners have designed numerous seating areas, each offering a unique view of the mansion, the garden, and the rough east coast sea. On the edge of the cliff, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax with a book on the deck, under the palapa, or in the gazebo. Most plants in the garden are local and accustomed to the dry and salty sea climate.
For guests, a separate guesthouse has been built in the same style. With its own covered porch, a cozy living room with an open kitchen, a separate bathroom, and upstairs, a snug bedroom with views of the sea and the starry sky. This accommodation has its own entrance facing the road.
The property is entirely 'off the grid'. This means all electricity is generated by sufficient solar panels (32 in total), stored in batteries for the night. There are two separate solar systems, one serving as a backup. Water is supplied by the water company and stored in specially placed water tanks with a total of 9.000 liters.
The estate is perfect for photo shoots or simply enjoying the peace and space!
